It is mainly composed of a valve body, ball, valve stem, sealing gasket, and driving device. The valve body serves as the outer shell; the ball is equipped with a channel; the valve stem connects the ball and the driving device; and the sealing gasket prevents fluid leakage.
The opening and closing of the valve and the control of fluid flow direction are achieved by rotating the ball. The ball rotates around the center line of the valve body: when the channel on the ball aligns with the channel on the valve body, the valve opens, allowing fluid to pass through; when the ball rotates by a certain angle and the channels are staggered, the valve closes, blocking the fluid.
- L-type three-way ball valve: It can only connect two mutually perpendicular pipes and is used for flow path reversal.
