Timely provide the buyer with all technical documents stipulated in the contract. The seller has the obligation to invite the buyer to participate in the review of the seller's technical documentation when necessary.

 

Dispatch personnel to the site at the time required by the buyer to provide on-site technical services, guiding the buyer in the use of the equipment according to the requirements of the seller's technical documents.

 

Proactively provide and meet requirements for any related technical documentation requested by the buyer for optional items connected to the contracted products.

 

Strictly implement the records of meetings or agreements signed by both the supplier and buyer regarding relevant issues.

 

Upon the buyer's request, organize training sessions for the buyer on topics such as product usage, operational precautions, and technical explanations, ensuring that the buyer’s technical personnel become proficient in operational skills.

 

Strengthen pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services, implementing "24-hour service," "proactive service," "full-process service," and "lifetime service" throughout the entire lifecycle of the goods.

 

After receiving information from the buyer regarding quality issues, respond within 24 hours or dispatch service personnel, arriving at the site as soon as possible, ensuring that service continues until the buyer is satisfied with the resolution of quality concerns.

 

Under no circumstances will the seller make things difficult for the buyer for any reason.

 

This Letter of Commitment shall become an integral part of the contract and shall have the same legal effect as the contract.
