The slide gate type shut-off valve is mainly used for cutting off media such as liquids, gases, steam, liquid-solid mixtures, and gas-solid mixtures. It is particularly suitable for working conditions involving scaling, crystallization, coking, and powder materials. According to actual process requirements, it can easily achieve metal hard sealing with ANSI B16.104 Class VI leakage rating for one-way, two-way, and full sealing.

Structural Features:

The valve adopts a straight-stroke opening and closing mode, where the valve stem only bears tensile and compressive forces, making it less prone to fatigue fracture and ensuring high reliability. The valve stem is movably connected to the valve plate, featuring a floating compensation function to ensure that the valve seat and valve plate are always fitted, thus achieving long-lasting sealing performance. The valve seat adopts a hidden sealing design, so that the sealing surfaces are completely hidden when the valve is fully open or fully closed. The medium flow channel is designed as a straight-through type, perpendicular to the opening and closing direction of the valve, which can easily cut off and scrape off particles and fibrous substances without damaging the sealing surfaces. The valve plate undergoes special hardening and grinding treatment, with a surface roughness reaching a mirror level and a flatness controlled below 0.25µm, enabling it to easily achieve Class VI or zero leakage rating.
