In addition to the functions of ordinary valves, oxygen-specific valves have their own unique features. Strict oil-free measures are adopted during manufacturing, and all parts undergo rigorous degreasing treatment before installation. Flange ends of all diameter valves are equipped with conductive threads to prevent static electricity. Exposed parts of the valves are protected to avoid contamination by dust and oil.

2. Structural Features:

Oxygen-specific valves adopt high-quality materials, advanced structures, special processes and testing methods. Compared with the copper globe valves originally used in metallurgical enterprises, this type of ball valve has the advantages of quick and flexible opening and closing, reliable sealing, compact structure and low flow resistance. Considering the particularity of oxygen transmission, the ball valve is designed with anti-static and fire-resistant structures. All components are strictly degreased during assembly. The valve body and other parts are made of high-quality stainless steel and undergo pickling and passivation. High-pressure sealing tests are conducted with pure water containing no grease, and leakage tests are performed with 0.6Mpa nitrogen, with no leakage allowed. After the above special process treatment, this type of ball valve not only operates quickly and flexibly with low flow resistance and high safety and reliability, but also has a long service life (with little erosion to the sealing pair).
